Bio (provided by artist): I am an artist. By birth, by choice, by magic.

Art is a portal for human connection. The experience of existing as a human being on planet earth is at once entirely individual & innately shared. Your existence is sacred & the art I create attempts to call that knowing to the forefront of your awareness.

My work utilizes color, materiality, & space to elicit emotion, connection, & introspection. I am interested in exploring the limits of both digital & physical space. The experience of sharing space with a piece of art is an intimate act. Not only does art create a peephole into the artist's deepest self, but when you stand before a piece of art you are allowing the artist to act as a mirror for you to see yourself.

"Most Awesome Feeling Ever" is an exploration of a few potential pathways to euphoria. I designed & built the frame for this piece, a creation I dreamt up & became determined to actualize. The materials used in this piece serve as literal representations of the energies of creation & expansion, while prodding the viewer to question where they draw the line between beauty & disgust.
