Creation in Isolation (4/10/21 - 4/17/21)

Groundworks has partnered with &gallery, Subspace Tucson, and the Blacklidge Community Collective for Creation in Isolation: a 3-D, immersive art experience that highlights over 50 local artists and musicians who have persevered in creating new works throughout the pandemic. The event is a virtual tour through each of the four spaces and involves digital art, physical mediums, short films, music videos, and live performances. Additionally, proceeds and donations from Creation in Isolation will benefit Dos Bellotas Tucson: a mutual aid group working towards food justice, water rights, and providing Covid-relief for native populations in Arizona.

The exhibit is virtual and can be accessed through the website: www.creationinisolation.com (update: the website is no longer active). Experiencing the exhibit is entirely free, but artists will have work available for sale and donations will be accepted to benefit the mutual aid organization Dos Bellotas Tucson.
